Ingredients:
3 eggs
150 grams of sugar
70g cornstarch
10 grams of vanillin
700 ml of milk
150g cream cheese
18 cookies
Indications:
1. Cream: mix the eggs and sugar in a saucepan.
Then add the starch, vanillin and hot milk. Bring to a low heat and let the cream thicken. Then let the cream cool and add the cheese.
2. Assemble the cake in a mold and place it in the freezer for 4-5 hours.
3. Then divide into squares and serve.
