Creamy Ground Beef on Toast

1. Rinse the dried meat slices very well: they are VERY salty! After rinsing everything well, dry it with a paper towel.

2. Cut the meat into small pieces. Set aside.

3. Heat the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat.

4. Add the flour and a pinch of cayenne pepper to the melted butter and stir until well combined and cooked through (about 45 seconds).

5. Add the milk very slowly and continue beating.6. Once all the milk is added, add the ground dried meat.

7. Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens.

8.Taste and season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper if necessary.

9. Serve immediately on dry toast. Enjoy.
