CREAMY MILHOJAS DESSERT πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:

450 g puff pastry

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 yolks

150 grams of sugar

75 grams of starch

750 gr milk

240 gr of whipped cream

Indications:

In a saucepan, pour the milk and combine the sugar, egg yolks, vanilla and starch. Stir until thickened, then add a tablespoon of butter and mix. Let cool.

Cut the dough and bake at 190ΒΊ for 25 minutes.

Add the cream to the whipped cream and assemble the cake. Put in the freezer for 2 hours and then serve.
