Crispy and Flavorful Oven-Baked Chicken

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place butter in a 9×13 inch baking dish and melt in the oven.

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, thyme, basil, oregano, celery salt, black pepper, dried mustard, paprika, garlic salt, ginger, and white pepper.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then stir in the milk.

Dip chicken pieces in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.

Place the coated chicken in the baking dish with melted butter.

Bake for 1 hour or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through.
