Crispy Fried Wing Flats Drizzled With Honey Lemon Pepper

Heat oil in a cast iron skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken wings liberally with all seasonings, ensuring even coating.

Toss wings in flour mixture for an even coat. Gently place wings in hot oil, careful not to overcrowd.

While wings fry, mix honey, lemon pepper, and fresh lemon juice in a saucepan. Bring to a light boil and remove from heat.

Fry wings for 7 minutes on each side, then remove and drain on a rack or paper towels.

Let wings sit for 5 minutes to let the breading settle.

Drizzle warm lemon pepper honey over the crispy chicken.

Enjoy these golden, flavorful wings!
