Crispy Oven Potato Wedges

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with oil.

Wash the potatoes well and pat them dry with a paper towel. Cut each potato in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 3-4 wedges depending on the size of the potato.

Place the potato wedges in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle olive oil over the wedges and toss them until evenly coated.

In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the potato wedges and toss again until evenly coated.

Arrange the seasoned potato wedges in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each wedge.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through the cooking time, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
