Delicious cheesy baked rice!

Rinse and drain 1 cup of rice.

In a pan, combine rice and 2 cups of water. Bring to boil, then reduce heat, cover and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until rice is cooked through.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix cooked rice with 100g of cheese, 6 beaten eggs and 1 cup of cream.

Transferring mixture to a baking dish.

Bake in oven for 30 minutes until batter is golden brown and coated.

Onion

Carrots

Branch celery

Zucchini

Tomato

Sel

Poivre
