Delicious Dalgona Coffee Recipe

In a mixing bowl, combine the instant coffee, granulated sugar, and hot water.

Using a hand mixer or a whisk, beat the mixture on high speed until it becomes thick, creamy, and light in color. This usually takes about 5-7 minutes.

If you prefer your Dalgona coffee cold, fill a glass with ice cubes. Otherwise, skip this step.

Pour your desired amount of milk into the glass, leaving some space at the top.

Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk.

Optional: Dust the top of the whipped coffee with cocoa powder or cinnamon for added flavor and presentation.

Give the coffee a gentle stir before enjoying it. The whipped coffee will gradually mix with the milk, creating a creamy and delicious beverage.
