How to prepare:
Lightly marinate two sugars on chicken wings then marinate with garlic, 1 tablespoon of tamarind oil, 1 tablespoon black soy sauce, a little pepper and 1⁄2 tablespoon of cooking oil for about 20-25 minutes
Put candlesticks in air fryer, cut pineapple on bottom, put chicken wings on top, rinse with 1 layer of sauce then fry at 180 for 15 minutes. Flip the other side and fry it for 10 minutes then it’s ready to eat
