Who remembers these jam tarts?
We called it Dutch jam tarts!
I am filling the cookie jar with some of the delectable jammy squares!
We grew up with All Gold apricot jam.
My mother used it on everything!

Jam Tarts
500g butter
6 Cups Flour
1 Cup sugar
1/cup fine desiccated coconut (optional)
6 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp Salt
2 Tsp Vanilla essence
6 Eggs
Jam of your choice – it has to be apricot jam
