EASY HOMEMADE BREAD RECIPE

 

Ingredients:

 

3 tablespoons of sugar

1 sachet of instant dry yeast (10g)

400ml lukewarm milk (not hot)

3 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons butter (at room temperature)

1 egg

700 grams of wheat flour

(about)

1 teaspoon salt

egg yolk for brushing

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl or a large bowl, place the yeast, sugar, oil, margarine, egg and

Mix well until everything is well mixed. Then continue mixing, add the

salt and gradually add the wheat flour.

 

TIP: If necessary, add a little more wheat flour. Knead the dough until it is very smooth and homogeneous.
