Easy Nebraska Runzas

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.

Stir in chopped cabbage, salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Cook and stir until the cabbage is soft.

Unroll the crescent dough and separate into rectangles. Press the perforations to seal.

Place a heaping spoonful of the beef and cabbage mixture on one side of each rectangle. Fold dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal.

Place on a baking sheet and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
