Ingredients:
One bag of coleslaw mix (you can use broccoli slaw mix).
1 tube of pork sausage (any flavor except Maple).
1 tbsp. of garlic (or you can use more).
1 tsp. ginger.
1 tbsp. of onion powder.
1 teaspoon white pepper.
2 tbsps. of sesame oil.
1/4 cup soy sauce (or more, to taste).
Instructions:
Step 1
To start, cook the sausage in a frying pan until it’s nicely browned. If there’s an excessive amount of grease, make sure to drain it off.
Step 2
Once you have drained the excess grease from the sausage, proceed by adding sesame oil, slaw mix, and your choice of dry seasonings to the pan.
Step 3
Then, when the mixture has cooked down to your desired consistency, it’s time to incorporate the soy sauce. Add the soy sauce to the pan and stir it in until well combined.
Step 4
Finally, you have the option to either serve the dish over a bed of rice or enjoy it as is, without rice. It’s a remember of private preference!!
