Elegant Millefeuille with Smoked Salmon and Mascarpone

Prepare a cream based on mascarpone, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and chives, finely chopped parsley,
mix everything together. Take a slice of salmon, cover with the mixture (about 1 cm), cover again with a slice of salmon,
and repeat the operation 3 times.

Wrap and place in freezer for 10-15 min to set. Slice immediately.
