Garlic Butter Steak
Ingredients:
2 steaks (about 2-3 cm thick, such as ribeye, sirloin, or filet)
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
4 tablespoons of butter
4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary (optional)
2 sprigs of fresh thyme (optional)
Chopped fresh parsley to decorate (optional)
