Garlic Cheese Rolls

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and yeast. Add warm milk and melted butter, and stir to form a soft dough.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and roll out into a 12×18 inch rectangle. Spread minced garlic, parsley, mozzarella, and parmesan evenly over the dough.

Roll the dough tightly from the long edge, and cut into 12 equal slices. Place slices cut side up in a greased baking dish.

Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
