Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon

Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Garlic Herb Mixture:
In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped parsley, thyme leaves, rosemary, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Prepare the Salmon:
Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Brush the garlic herb mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, making sure to cover the top and sides.
Season the salmon with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
Roast the Salmon:
Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets.
If you prefer a crispy top, you can broil the salmon for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking.
Serve:
Remove the salmon from the oven and transfer to a serving platter.
Garnish with additional chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Tips:
Salmon Thickness: Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of your salmon fillets. Thicker fillets may need a few more minutes.
Flavor Variations: Experiment with other herbs like dill or basil, or add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for extra heat.
Serving Suggestions: This roasted salmon pairs well with steamed vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad.
Enjoy your Garlic Herb Roasted Salmon!
