Grandma’s Skillet Apple Fritters

Apple fritters, very simple but so good, hello. Here are some really simple apple fritters but just so good!!

Good hot apple fritters are really delicious. We simply fry the donuts in a pan with very little fat.

It’s an easy and economical grandmother’s recipe, without baker’s yeast, which produces delicious, ultra-quick, golden donuts with lots of apple pieces inside!

To be enjoyed warm with sugar and even the next day they are delicious unlike other donuts which dry out quickly!!

Follow the recipe and prepare it too, the ingredients are counted on your fingers, they are very few and you may already have them! Try it.

To make the recipe a success, you must measure the ingredients carefully and prepare them before starting the recipe. You must also respect the cooking time and temperature, so follow the steps described below step-by-step.

So, for the recipe, you need:
Ingredients for 6 people
– 250g of flour
– 4 apples
– 3/4 l of oil (peanut or sunflower for frying)
– 2 eggs
– 20 cl of milk
– 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
– 1 sachet of baking powder
– 2 tbsp of oil
– 1 pinch of salt
– Sugar

Preparation:
Step 1
Put the flour, yeast and pinch of salt in a salad bowl, mix.

Add the eggs and 2 tbsp of oil.

Mix, adding the milk little by little to obtain a smooth, not too liquid paste.

2nd step
Peel the apples, cut them into slices and place them in a dish.

Sprinkle the apples with vanilla sugar.

Place a frying pan on the heat with the frying oil and heat it.

Dip the apple pieces into the batter then into the hot oil (be careful with the temperature of the oil, the fritters must cook without burning).

Step: 3
Flip the donuts as soon as they are golden brown on one side.

Remove the donuts gradually onto a plate covered with absorbent paper to absorb the excess oil.

Step: 4
Sprinkle the donuts with icing sugar. Apple fritters can be served hot.
