Mix Wet Ingredients

Mix Dry Ingredients: In another bowl, combine 150 g cake flour, 2 g yeast, and 1 g baking soda. Mix roughly with a spatula.

Form Dough

Form Dough: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until it forms a lump.

Prepare Add-ins

Prepare Green Onions: Cut 35 g of green onions (use only the green part) into small pieces.
