Grilled Salmon with Roasted Potatoes and Cheesy Asparagus
Ingredients:
For the Grilled Salmon:
4 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 lemon, juiced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Roasted Potatoes:
500 grams baby potatoes, halved
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Cheesy Asparagus:
500 grams asparagus, trimmed
1 tablespoon olive oil
50 grams grated mozzarella or cheddar cheese
