Grilled Steak with Tomato and Onion Salad and French Fries
Prepare the potatoes:
Heat the frying oil in a deep fryer or large pot over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the potato strips in small batches to avoid cooling the oil too much.
Fry the potatoes until golden and crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
Remove the fries with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.
Season immediately with salt after frying.
To Serve:
Arrange the grilled steak slices on a plate.
Add the tomato and onion salad on the side.
Serve with the freshly made French fries.
