Halloween Sugar Cookie Bars

Prepare Cookie Bars: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients. Spread dough into prepared dish.

Bake: Bake for 20-25 minutes, until edges are golden. Allow to cool completely.

Prepare Frosting: Beat butter until creamy. Gradually mix in powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract. Spread over cooled cookie bars. Decorate with food coloring and sprinkles.

Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy.
