Preheat your oven to 180°c.
Make a béchamel sauce by adding 150 g of the cheese.
To assemble the croque-cake, remove the crusts from the bread and cut the slices so that they fit into the cake mold.
In the bottom of the mold a layer of bread, put a layer of ham and add a layer of béchamel.
Repeat the same operation until you fill the mold.
Close with a layer of bread.
