Hamburger Mushroom Bake

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.

Once the beef is browned, add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.

Add the sliced mushrooms to the skillet and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, until the mushrooms are softened.

Stir in the condensed cream of mushroom soup and sour cream until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the top of the mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
