Henny Butter Shrimp😍
Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon Henny (Hennessy or any other brandy)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque.
Pour in the Henny, honey, and fresh lemon juice. Stir to coat the shrimp evenly.
Season with salt and pepper according to taste. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the shrimp.
Remove from heat and garnish with freshly chopped parsley.
Serve the Henny Butter Shrimp as an appetizer or as a main course. Pair it with steamed rice or a fresh salad for a complete and flavorful meal.
