YOU’LL NEED THE FOLLOWING INGREDIENTS :
It makes about 40+ rolls (depending on size).

2 C of warm water
2 packages of dry yeast
6 1/2 C all-purpose white flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 C melted shortening, oil, or butter
1/2 C white sugar
2 eggs

DIRECTIONS :
Mix the yeast: Put two packages of yeast and two cups of warm (105 to 110°F) water in a mixing bowl. Leave it alone until the yeast is gone.
Add the Base: Put in one teaspoon of salt, two cups of flour, and half a cup of sugar. Use a mixer to mix for two minutes.

Put in the eggs and shortening: Melt the oil and add the eggs. Keep beating for two more minutes.

Slowly Add Flour: Add 4 1/2 cups of flour slowly and mix well. Put the bowl of dough somewhere warm and let it rise until it doubles in size.

Let the rolls rise for an hour, then bake them for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Before you bake them, punch down the dough. Rub butter all over the tops.
