HOMEMADE CHEESE. only 2 ingredients

3.Let It Sit: Remove the pan from the heat and let it sit for about 10 minutes. This allows the curds to form and separate more from the whey.
4.Strain the Curds: Line a colander with cheesecloth and place it over a bowl. Carefully pour the mixture into the colander to strain out the whey. Let the curds drain well.
5. Press the Cheese: Gather the corners of the cheesecloth and gently squeeze to remove excess whey. Optionally, press the cheese with a weight for firmer texture.
6.Season and Serve: Unwrap the cheese, add salt or herbs if desired, and shape it. Your fresh cheese is now ready to enjoy!
