Step 8: Before serving, check that the beef is no longer pink, as the cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the bread. Mine was about two inches thick.

Meatloaf is one of my boys favorite dinners, whether it’s Sunday or weekdays. Our family enjoys Italian meatloaf daily. Assembly only takes 10 minutes and is suitable for any day of the week.
