HOMEMADE MEATLOAF

After the oven has been warmed, place the loaf pan or baking dish inside and bake the meatloaf for about 1 hour to 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit. It is possible to determine if the meat is done by putting a meat thermometer in the middle; the internal temperature should reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit (71 degrees Celsius).

7th Step

After the meatloaf has been baked for the desired amount of time, remove it from the oven and allow it to rest for around five to ten minutes before slicing and serving it. This period of sitting enables the liquids to rearrange themselves, which results in a meatloaf that is both tasty and moist.
8th Step

Cut the meatloaf into slices and serve it with the sides that you like the most, such as mashed potatoes, roasted veggies, or a crisp garden salad. If you choose, you may drizzle some more glaze or gravy over the top.
