Honey Pineapple Salmon 

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, pineapple juice, soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger.

Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Season them with salt and pepper.

Brush the honey pineapple glaze over the salmon fillets, saving some for basting later.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until it is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Baste with the remaining glaze halfway through cooking.

Once cooked, remove the salmon from the oven and garnish with sliced pineapple and chopped fresh cilantro if desired.

Serve hot and enjoy!
