Honey Vanilla Banana Bread

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4×8-inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter.
3. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract until well combined.
4. Beat in the egg, then add the baking soda and salt.
5. Mix in the flour until just incorporated. If using, add ground cinnamon.
6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
