Irresistible Apple Cream Cake

Mix eggs, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Add the melted butter, then gradually incorporate the flour and chemical yeast.
Spread the dough in a 24cm baking mold.
Peel and slice apples, mix with lemon juice and sugar.
Arrange the apple slices on the batter.
In a pan, mix egg, salt, vanilla sugar and sugar.
Add milk, cornstarch, cream and cream cheese. Bake until thick.
Pour cream over apples, sprinkle with sliced almonds.
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 60 minutes.
