Jalapeno Popper Casserole

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
Arrange the tater tots in the bottom of the prepared dish and bake for about 15 minutes.
While the tots are baking, cook the bacon until crispy, then crumble it.
In a mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, softened cream cheese, ¾ of the crumbled bacon, 1½ cups of the shredded cheese, half the chopped green onions, and the chopped jalapenos. Stir well.
Gently fold the shredded chicken into this creamy mixture.
Once the tater tots are ready, evenly spread the creamy chicken mixture on top of them.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese, bacon, and green onions over the top.
Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
