Jalapeño Poppers

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes. If you want a milder flavor, you can leave some seeds.

In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Spoon the cream cheese mixture into each jalapeño half, spreading it evenly.

Place the stuffed jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
