Jello Cookies Recipe!
Ingredients:
– 2 and 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 teaspoon baking powder
– 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 3/4 cup granulated sugar
– 1 package (3 ounces) flavored gelatin (Jello), any flavor you prefer
– 2 large eggs
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– Food coloring (optional)
