Juicy Chicken Patties

1. Prepare the Mixture:

• In a spacious bowl, I soak the breadcrumbs in milk until it absorbs.

• I add the ground chicken, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, paprika (if using), and the egg to the breadcrumb mixture.

• I mix everything together thoroughly until well combined.

2. Form the Patties:

• I divide the chicken mixture into equal portions, approximately the size of a golf ball.

• I flatten each portion into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

3. Cook the Patties:

• In a large skillet over medium heat, I heat a drizzle of olive oil.

• Once hot, I add the patties (working in batches if necessary) and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

4. Serve:

• I serve the chicken patties hot with my preferred sides. They complement well with a fresh salad, steamed vegetables, or even in a burger bun with my favorite toppings.

• For a juicier patty, consider incorporating a tablespoon of mayonnaise or Greek yogurt into the mix.
