1. I must include yogurt, sugar, white vinegar, and mayonnaise with salt and pepper in a small bowl. Next, I mix the components well and let the mixture in the fridge for about 61 minutes to blend the taste of the ingredients.
2. I make sure to wash the cabbage and soak it a little in water and vinegar. Then, I line and cut it into long, thin slices.
3. After that, I wash the carrots well, peel them with a knife, and grate them into thin slices with a grater.
4. Then, I get a large bowl and put in the grated carrots, followed by the chopped cabbage, stirring well.
5. When that’s done, I take the marinade out of the fridge. I then add it to the lettuce and carrots and mix the components well.
6. Finally, I refrigerate the salad for about 3 hours. After 3 hours, I can put it on a serving plate.
