Lemon Cream Cheese Brownies

Preheat and prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 baking pan with parchment and spray with nonstick spray.

Dry ingredient mixture: Combine sugar and flour.

Add butter and cream cheese: Mix in softened butter and cream cheese until creamy.

Stir in eggs and lemon: Mix in eggs, lemon juice, and food coloring.

Bake: Pour batter into pan and bake for 20 minutes until center is set but soft.

Cool: Allow to cool in pan for 30 minutes.

Lemon Glaze: Mix lemon juice with powdered sugar to smooth consistency.

Spread over cooled brownies and sprinkle with yellow sprinkles if using.
