Ingredients:

For the lemon cream:

3 egg yolks
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
225 g of mascarpone
1 cup (240 ml) whipped cream
Soak:

1/2 cup (120 ml) fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup (120 ml) water
2 tablespoons of sugar
For assembly:

Soft biscuits or sponge cakes (enough to line the mold)
Lemon zest to decorate
Cocoa powder to sprinkle (optional)
