Low-Calorie Chocolate and Cream Cheese Delight

Begin by melting 70 g of the dark chocolate. You can do this in a microwave in short bursts, stirring between, or over a double boiler on the stove. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese (or cream cheese), 50 ml of milk, the coconut oil, and your chosen sweetener. Use a blender to mix until the ingredients form a smooth, homogeneous mixture.

Separately, mix the remaining 30 g of chocolate with 30 ml of coconut milk. Melt this mixture as you did with the first batch of chocolate.

Prepare your molds by pouring a layer of the melted 70 g chocolate into the bottom of each. Let it cool slightly so that it starts to set.

Fill the molds with the blended cottage cheese mixture, leaving some space for the final chocolate layer.

Add a dollop of the chocolate and coconut milk mixture into the center of the cottage cheese mixture in each mold.

Place the molds into the freezer for about 3 hours or until the dessert is fully set.

After the desserts have set, remove them from the molds. Brush the remaining melted chocolate over the top of each dessert to create a thin layer or drizzle.

Let the desserts sit for a few moments to allow the chocolate to harden or place them briefly in the refrigerator.
