Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the shredded mozzarella cheese and cream cheese. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the cheeses are melted and well combined.
Once melted, stir in the egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, almond flour, and grated Parmesan cheese until a dough forms.
Transfer the dough to the prepared baking sheet. Using your hands or a rolling pin, press the dough out into a rectangle or circle, about 1/4 inch thick.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly golden brown.
Remove the crust from the oven and add your desired pizza toppings.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
