250g mascarpone cheese
300ml thickened cream
4 tablespoons caster sugar
250g Savoiardi biscuits (ladyfingers)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup mango nectar (or orange juice)
Optional: Gelatine or agar-agar for glazing
