Mango Tiramisu

If desired, brush the top layer of mango slices with a light coating of gelatine or agar-agar to give them a shine and prevent oxidation.
Chill:
Refrigerate the tiramisu for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to allow the flavors to meld and the dessert to set.
Serve:
Carefully remove the sides of the springform pan and serve the Mango Tiramisu chilled.
