Ingredients:

 

For the sponge:

Powdered yeast 5 gr.

honey 1/2 tsp.

Flour 0000 50 gr.

Milk 35 ml.

For the mass:

Powdered yeast 10 gr.

Flour 0000 250 gr.

Egg 1 u.

Sugar 30 gr.

salt 1 pinch

Vanilla extract 1 tsp.

Milk 75 ml.

Butter (butter) 50 gr.

For the filling:

Dulce de leche confectioner w/n.

Powdered sugar for dusting

 

Preparation:

 

For the sponge, mix the warm milk with the yeast, honey and flour. Let rest for half an hour.

For the dough, place in the bowl of the mixer (it can be done by hand on the counter) the flour, the sponge, the sugar, the salt, the egg, the extract and the yeast, previously dissolved in the milk. Knead until you get a bun. Add half of the soft butter, knead again, and finally add the rest of the butter. Achieve a soft and elastic dough. Let rest for half an hour and cut into 30 gr buns. approximately. Place them on a plate separated from each other and let rise until doubled in volume. Paint with egg and take to the preheated oven (180 degrees) for approximately 20 minutes. Remove, cut with scissors or knife and fill with dulce de leche. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and ready to eat!
