Mint Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients:
– 2 cups dark chocolate chips
– 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
– 1 tsp peppermint extract
– Green food coloring (optional)
– ½ cup white chocolate chips
– Crushed candy canes (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
3. Stir in the peppermint extract. Add a few drops of green food coloring if desired, and mix well.
4. Pour half of the mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
5. In a separate bowl, melt the
white chocolate chips in the microwave.
6. Drop spoonfuls of the melted white chocolate over the dark chocolate layer in the pan.
7. Use a toothpick or skewer to swirl the white chocolate into the dark chocolate to create a marbled effect.
8. Pour the remaining dark chocolate mixture over the marbled layer and spread it evenly.
9. Sprinkle crushed candy canes on top for a festive touch.
10. Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it is set.
