No-Bake Strawberry Icebox Cake

Prepare the whipped cream:

In a large bowl, combine heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Beat mixture on medium-high speed with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Prepare the cream cheese mixture:

In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the granulated sugar until smooth and creamy.

Gently fold in half of the prepared whipped cream until mixture is combined and smooth.

Assemble the cake:

Dip each graham cracker in the milk for a few seconds to soften them slightly.

In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture to cover the bottom.

Place a single layer of milk-soaked graham crackers on top of the cream cheese mixture.

Spread half of the remaining cream cheese mixture over the graham crackers, then arrange on strawberry slices.

Add another layer of graham crackers soaked in milk on top of the strawberries.

Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over graham crackers, followed by another layer of sliced ​​strawberries.

Top with remaining whipped cream and spread evenly over strawberries.

Arrange a final layer of sliced ​​strawberries on top for decoration.
