These oven baked chicken wings are extra crispy and a healthier alternative to deep fried wings. They bake in minutes and have the best seasoning!

Ingredients
1 lb chicken wings
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon chili pepper
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200C/400F. Line a baking pan with a baking sheet.
Combine the baking powder, salt, garlic, onion, paprika, pepper, chili, and sugar in a bowl. Toss the wings with the spice rub until they’re coated.
Arrange the wings in a baking pan and drizzle with oil.
Bake for 40 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165F.
Notes
TO STORE: Transfer cooled chicken wings to an airtight container and store them in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
TO REHEAT: Transfer leftovers to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake them at 175C/350F for 5-6 minutes or until they reach your desired temperature. You can also pan-fry them.
TO FREEZE: Place leftover wings in an airtight container or freezer-safe bag and freeze them for up to 3 months.
