Peanut Butter Blossom Bars

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.

In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter, and egg. Beat until well mixed.

Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Fold in milk chocolate chips.

Press dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Sprinkle evenly with 2 teaspoons of sparkling sugar.

Bake for 22-24 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.

Remove from oven and immediately top with Hershey’s Kisses in a 4×6 row pattern. Sprinkle with remaining sugar.

Cool completely, then cut into squares with a Kiss in the center of each bar.
