Peanut Butter Brownie Pizza

Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch round pizza pan or line with parchment paper.
Prepare the Cookie Crust:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla extract, and mix until combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Press the dough evenly into the prepared pizza pan.
Prepare the Brownie Topping:
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Beat in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt until well combined.
Spread the brownie batter evenly over the cookie crust.
Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is just slightly jiggly. Let cool completely.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Swirl:
In a small bowl, mix together the creamy peanut butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
Drizzle the peanut butter mixture over the cooled brownie pizza.
Serve:
