Philly Steak Cheese Fries

Heat the Oven: Turn your oven on to 425°F (220°C).
Sear the Steak: In a skillet that’s safe for oven use, heat the olive oil over a medium-high flame. Toss in the steak slices, season with garlic salt and pepper, and cook until they’re evenly browned. Set the cooked steak aside.
Cook the Vegetables: Keep a tablespoon of the steak juices in the skillet, getting rid of the excess. Add the bell pepper and onion to the skillet and sauté them in the juice until they’re soft yet the pepper retains a bit of crunch. Set these aside too.
Assemble the Dish: With the skillet off the flame, lay out the waffle fries as a base. Start building layers with four slices of cheese, then add the steak and vegetables. Repeat the layering and top it all off with the remaining cheese slices.
Bake: Place the skillet in the oven and bake for about 8-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted into a bubbly blanket over the top.
Serve: Let it cool slightly after removing it from the oven then serve it piping hot.
